Back before TicketMaster (TM) most of the tickets purchased during my youth came from the Convenient Ticket Company (CTC) or Ticket World (TW) as well as the individual venues. If you didn’t go to the box office you could wait in line at Hudson’s department store or Harmony House records to get CTC or TW tickets.
There isn’t anything particularly special about these, just an interesting comparison to what bands charge for concert tickets these days.
